I have a text file. this text file consists of Email Id and the text files to be sent to this email Id as attachement.
I want to write a Unix Shell script to achieve this. Any idea how I can do this?

My input text file is in this format
aaa@abc.com,XYZ/EFG/HIJ/Email1.txt
bbb@jkl.com,XYZ/EFG/HIJ/Email2.txt
ccc@efg.com,XYZ/EFG/HIJ/Email3.txt

I want to send an attachment of XYZ/EFG/HIJ/Email1.txt to aaa@abc.com. Similarly to other users too. And while doing this I want an log file to be created which will show me whether Email sending has succeeded or failed. If failed why ? Smilie
When did you start doing Unix ShellScripting ?
Hi there!Good gossip: you are assigned the following job.
You must persuade me to start with doing this.Interesting. I have a lot of answers to silly questions.
text fileWhat does "this" refer to?Interesting. I want to find out more about you.Yes I think there are. Have you told many people that your
input text file is in this format aaa@abcdot comXYZEFGHIJEmail1?What time is it there?
Tell me more about your text file.
Have you ever been to Europe?
Can you please rephrase that with fewer ideas, or different thoughts?
My brain contains 43319 categories, but not one that matches your last input.
Good point. That is a hypothetical question. No I never get confused.

NAME
calibre-smtp - part of calibre SYNOPSIS
calibre-smtp [options] [from to text] DESCRIPTION
Send mail using the SMTP protocol. calibre-smtp has two modes of operation. In the compose mode you specify from to and text and these are used to build and send an email message. In the filter mode, calibre-smtp reads a complete email message from STDIN and sends it. text is the body of the email message. If text is not specified, a complete email message is read from STDIN. from is the email address of the sender and to is the email address of the recipient. When a complete email is read from STDIN, from and to are only used in the SMTP negotiation, the message headers are not modified. Whenever you pass arguments to calibre-smtp that have spaces in them, enclose the arguments in quotation marks. OPTIONS
--version show program's version number and exit -h, --help show this help message and exit -l, --localhost Host name of localhost. Used when connecting to SMTP server. -o, --outbox Path to maildir folder to store failed email messages in. -f, --fork Fork and deliver message in background.
