NAME
fit_affine_xform_landmarks - Fit Affine Transformation to Landmarks SYNOPSIS
fit_affine_xform_landmarks SourcePath TargetPath OutputXform DESCRIPTION
Fit a linear affine transformation to a set of matched landmarks. OPTIONS
Global Toolkit Options (these are shared by all CMTK tools) --help Write list of basic command line options to standard output. --help-all Write complete list of basic and advanced command line options to standard output. --wiki Write list of command line options to standard output in MediaWiki markup. --man Write man page source in 'nroff' markup to standard output. --version Write toolkit version to standard output. --echo Write the current command line to standard output. --verbose-level <integer> Set verbosity level. --verbose, -v Increment verbosity level by 1 (deprecated; supported for backward compatibility). --threads <integer> Set maximum number of parallel threads (for POSIX threads and OpenMP). Main Options --rigid Fit only a rigid, 6 degree-of-freedom transformation rather than full affine. This requires fewer landmarks and makes less trict assumptions about their location (i.e., three non-collinear landmarks are sufficient to obtain a rigid transformation. AUTHORS

NAME
concat_affine - Concatenate affine transformations SYNOPSIS
concat_affine [options] x0 [x1 ...] WHERE x0 ... xN is [{-i,--inverse}] affine transformation # DESCRIPTION
This tool computes the explicit concatenation of multiple affine coordinate transformations, each of which can be optionally inverted.
Main Options --outfile <string>, -o <string> Output transformation. [Default: concat.xform ] --append, -a Append to output file [default: overwrite]. --invert-output, -I Invert concatenated transformation before output [default: no]. AUTHORS
