openwalnut-qt4 - This is the Qt4 GUI version of OpenWalnut. SYNOPSIS
openwalnut-qt4 [OPTION]... [FILE]... DESCRIPTION
OpenWalnut is a highly expansible visualization system with focus on brain- and neurological data. Options:: -h [ --help ] Prints this help message -v [ --version ] Prints the version information -l [ --log ] arg The log-file to use. If not specified, "openwalnut.log" is used in the current directory. -p [ --project ] arg Project file to be loaded on startup. -i [ --input ] arg Input data files that should be loaded automatically EXAMPLES
openwalnut-qt4 Startup OpenWalnut. openwalnut-qt4 -p myproject.owp Start OpenWalnut and load the project. openwalnut-qt4 t1.nii.gz fibers.fib Start OpenWalnut and load the two datasets. AUTHOR
