how to troubleshooting if one process is down unexpectly
I have one process which is supposed to run 24 x7, However, it was down a couple of times since yesterday. Can anyone please tell me how to investigate this issue? (I have changed the box and process name.)

root@mybox:pwd
/etc/init.d
root@mybox:./abcd start

Hi,

Would think of something like deadprocesses script executing from cron every 10 min, which would check the pid from the .PID file of the entrust daemon. If pid exist then exit else start the daemon.

it turns out that it is db space issue. dba add more space. problem fixed
