acl_get_perm_np -- check if a permission is set in a permission set

acl_get_perm_np(acl_permset_t permset_d, acl_perm_t perm);
DESCRIPTION
The acl_get_perm_np() function is a non-portable function that checks if a permission is set in a permission set.
RETURN VALUES
If the permission in perm is set in the permission set permset_d, a value of 1 is returned, otherwise a value of 0 is returned.
ERRORS
If any of the following conditions occur, the acl_get_perm_np() function will return a value of -1 and set global variable errno to the cor-
responding value:
[EINVAL] Argument perm does not contain a valid ACL permission or argument permset_d is not a valid ACL permset.

DESCRIPTION
The acl_add_perm() function is a POSIX.1e call that adds the permission contained in perm to the permission set permset_d.
Note: it is not considered an error to attempt to add permissions that already exist in the permission set.
RETURN VALUES
The acl_add_perm() function returns the value 0 if successful; otherwise the value -1 is returned and the global variable errno is set to
indicate the error.
ERRORS
The acl_add_perm() function fails if:
[EINVAL] Argument permset_d is not a valid descriptor for a permission set within an ACL entry. Argument perm does not contain a
valid acl_perm_t value.

I ls -al to see the permission of a file and there is 1 file have strange permission. It's a "l" instead of "x".
