DESCRIPTION
int DateTimeImmutable::getTimestamp (void ) int DateTimeInterface::getTimestamp (void )
Procedural style
int date_timestamp_get (DateTimeInterface $object)
Gets the Unix timestamp.
PARAMETERS
This function has no parameters.
RETURN VALUES
Returns the Unix timestamp representing the date.
EXAMPLES

Object oriented style

$date = new DateTime();
echo $date->getTimestamp();
?>
Procedural style

$date = date_create();

Using U as the parameter to DateTime.format(3) is an alternative when using PHP 5.2.

I get the timestamp of a file. the output of the timestamp is like this:

I need to get the current date and subtract it from the timestamp.
the output of the difference should be in minutes..
eg) (current_date-timestamp = x minutes)

I'd like to get the file timestamp by 'YYYYMMDD' on Solaris 9 9/05.
I can get it on the other UNIX distribution with the following command;
